Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
✅ Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong item, we’ll send you the correct one at no additional cost.
✅ Unopened & Unused Products – Returns for refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is sealed in its original packaging.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened or used Bully Sticks (for health and safety reasons).
- Orders beyond the 14-day return window.
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a return label (return shipping fees may apply).
- Once we receive the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Additional Notes:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- If a refund is issued, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- If you received a damaged product but don’t want a refund, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost.
